Sen. Arlen Specter (R-PA) says ...

There are those of us on this side of the aisle who have cooperated. I think it fair to say that to misuse the reconciliation process would be a very strong blow against bipartisanship and cooperation. Obviously, it would impede future activity by the Obama administration in reaching across the aisle to get necessary Republican votes.

Specter is a phony. Specter is a fraud. Like every damn so-called "moderate" Republican he should be DESTROYED. If the right wing of his own party doesn't nuke him, then we should. No expense should be spared to destroy his reputation. It shouldn't be hard since he's clearly a phony baloney who opposes the right wing of his party only when convenient. "Moderates" are such jokes.

Read the link and see that Specter had no problem using the reconciliation process to pass the Bush tax cuts in 2001 that eliminated the surplus and led to the largest deficit in our nation's history.
