Well, I think the--clearly the most important part is allowing American families and small businesses to keep more of what they earn. If we allow them to keep more of what they earn, they're going to--they're going to spend it, they're going to save it, they're going to invest it, all of which is good for the economy, and they can begin immediately. We don't have to wait for some government program to work or some government check to show up. We can do it quickly.

Someone should get the minority leader an economics textbook, and they should do it quickly.
