Rep. Tom Cole (R-OK) says ...

Throughout his campaign and during his short tenure as President, he has made it clear that he believes his charm and eloquence are adequate substitutes for a strong military. That will not work.
Here we go again. Two points. First, his "charm and eloquence" will do more good than anything George W. Bush tried in his eight years. Second, the notion that this is what he is trying to do is disturbing in its inaccuracy. So, the question is, stupid or lying?
