Let's be clear what these attacks on folks like Beck, Rush Limbaugh, and Sean Hannity are all about -- the left-wing in our nation want to silence ALL opposing voices in the media, and they will do it using all tools at their disposal INCLUDING blaming journalists and political commentators for the criminal behavior of others.

So, you call someone out on their hate-mongering and they start to feel a little persecuted. Good. There's not one liberal of any note who has claimed that these right-wing jackasses are criminally responsible for the actions of the right-wing murderer in Pennsylvania. We on the left tend to have a fairly progressive, dare I say liberal, interpretation of the First Amendment. No one is saying you don't have the right to preach violent rhetoric. No one is saying you don't have the right to whip your supporters into a frenzy. We're saying you shouldn't. We're saying your words have consequences. You aren't criminally responsible, but you sure as hell are morally responsible.
